Fethiye is a tourist town in Turkey, with a wide range of water sports to choose from.

The tourist town of Fethiye is located in the Western Lycia region of Turkey, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. It is both a historic town, and a bustling tourist haven, and offers a range of diversions and attractions, whether it is history and culture that interests you, or just perfecting your tan.
There are cruise companies that offer boat trips to Fethiye from Marmaris and other locations, so if you are looking for a different way to travel, be sure to enquire. Otherwise, buses, self-driving, or flying to Dalaman airport and taking a taxi are your best bet.
On the beach in Fethiye, you will find a range of water sports on offer. For instance, you could choose to parasail, go canoeing, or swim. Off the beach, some of the biggest attractions are the cave tombs in the Cliffside to the south of town, and the Lycian sarcophagus.
On Tuesday, the town plays host to a farmer’s market, which is worth browsing, or you could choose to use Fethiye as an embarking point for a charter yacht cruise on the Aegean. The three hundred and thirty-room Hillside Beach club is your best bet for accommodation, although there are smaller, local hotels and other accommodation choices to select from.
